Push Me! Workout


Today i decided to do 1 of Zuzkas older Workouts, its from Feb 2011
Zuzka is doing beginner modifications for each Exercise :) so get started

Uper Body + Cardio
Typ: Max Reps
Reps: 15 Rounds / 3 Times through
Intervall: 10/50

Workout Breakdown:

Kick over & Knee Raise
Side Lunge Jump ( Touchdowns)
Reptile Push Up
Sandbag Clean & Squat
High Knees (Jump Rope)
